Done very professionally by owner and nephew, they will also be doing carpeting in our bedrooms and a new larger shower in the master bathroom in the very near future! They might be slightly higher in price but you get lifetime warranty and an excellent install and material and knowledge of what type of flooring would be best but NOT pushy!
